Let Me Explain

When doing a screen and recoat, we lightly abrade the top layer of your existing polyurethane.  This will cause minimal dust, but nothing close to a drum sander.  Most jobs only take a day to complete, and you can move your furniture back in 48 hours.

Are my floors a good candidate?

If the finish on your floors are totally worn down to the bare wood, you’ll need to have those bad boys sanded.  If your floors are looking oddly dirty, they probably just need a deep cleaning and a polyurethane recoat.  For everything else, you should check out my FAQ
